Report on Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign
As a part of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign and Independence Day Celebration 2026, the NSS Unit of MES’s Matoshri Ayurved College, Dhanore organized a series of activities from 11th to 15th August 2026 to promote patriotism, social responsibility, environmental awareness, and community participation among students.
On 11th August 2026, a Janjagruti Mohim (Awareness Campaign) was organized. NSS volunteers actively participated by presenting patriotic skits and speeches highlighting the importance of national unity, freedom, and the significance of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. The programme created awareness and inspired students to uphold the values of the nation.
On 12th August 2026, a Swachhata Abhiyan (Cleanliness Drive) was conducted. Students, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff enthusiastically participated in cleaning the college campus and surrounding areas. The activity emphasized the importance of cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental responsibility.
On 14th August 2026, a Vruksha Ropan (Tree Plantation) Programme was organized. The Hon’ble Principal, faculty members and students planted various medicinal plants within the hospital premises. The programme aimed to promote environmental conservation and create awareness about the importance of medicinal plants in healthcare.
On 15th August 2026, the college celebrated the 80th Independence Day with great enthusiasm. A “Selfie with Tiranga” activity was organized in which students proudly clicked selfies with the National Flag to express their love and respect for the nation. The National Flag was hoisted by Siddhant Darade sir in the presence of Principal Madam , Management Members, teaching and non-teaching staff and students, followed by the singing of the National Anthem. The celebration also included patriotic speeches showcasing the spirit of unity, patriotism and national pride.
The entire series of programmes under the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign was successfully conducted with active participation from students and staff. The activities instilled the values of patriotism, social service, environmental awareness and national responsibility among all participants.
