Report- Celebration of Charak Jayanti
On 25th August 2026, the Charak Jayanti celebrated at 3.00 PM in the Seminar Hall of Matoshri Ayurved College, Dhanore, Yeola, District Nashik, Also Granth Dindi Sohala planed in Charak Jayanti Celebration . A total of 156 participants including teaching and non-teaching staff as well as students, enthusiastically participated in the programme.
The programme commenced with Dhanvantari Stavan and Deep Prajwalan by Dr. Nandalal Pawar sir (HOD and Prefessor of Samhita Sidhant department) and by Dr. Rutuja Bhagat ma’am (Associate Professor of Samhita Siddhant department) After that Granth Poojan was held. Charak Aarti has been Completed during Granth Poojan. Thereafter, the Dr. Shwetanbari Bidgar mam delivered an inspiring speech highlighting the importance of Charakacharya in Ayurveda. His concepts and also history of his birth.
After that Granth Dindi Sohala celebrated by students and teachers with Slogan of importance of Ayurveda and Charakacharya. In the middle of Granth Dindi an lezim by the 1st year BAMS students of Matoshri Ayurved College, Dhanore played an important role to increasing enthusiasm in the students as well as teachers. After that An thoughtfull Skit played by 1st BAMS students on Topic ” AYURVEDAVATARAN”. And 2nd BAMS students on Topic ” TRIDOSHA SIDDHANT WITH PATIENT REPRESENTATION”. Both thoughtfull topic tought us importance and eternal of Ayurveda.
The event was conducted successfully in a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks.
